Crazy Nachos

 Jaime invited us over for Kylan's birthday dinner - nachos eaten off the table!  Kylan had seen a picture on his phone of eating nachos this way and asked if that could be his birthday dinner!  And the idea took off from that!

It actually was a pretty easy meal considering you would prepare just about the same things as for tacos - you just need to have plenty of foil as you have to cover the entire table in it - and Jaime has a pretty large table!

Put the chips around, add the meat and a cheese sauce with condiments in the middle and go to it!

It was SO FUN to just sit and eat and eat and eat....

Jaime had made a special cheese sauce to drizzle over the meat and chips and I had made a large batch of guacamole and trust me, there wasn't a lot left over when we all got done!

It's a fun idea to do with a small crowd and we may even incorporate it into our annual summer get together in a couple of weeks!
