When we had decided last year that we would be home for Easter, I was really excited to spend it with the family since we have missed so many years being in Baja! But that didn't happen! Jessi's were in Dallas for a volleyball tournament (and to spend time with Gary's dad and stepmom) and Jaime had to work that weekend. DARN! Jill's were free but since no one else was going up there, we decided to just wait since Parker would be getting confirmed in a couple of weeks and we would be up there then for the weekend!
Unfortunately, Glenn got sick on Saturday night - started vomiting during the night with severe pain (due to his hiatal hernia) and was still vomiting by morning so we spent Easter morning in the ER! They gave him some nausea medicine and pain medication and by noon we were back home! He felt pretty tough that day - so I went to Jaime's late afternoon as they were cooking prime rib for dinner and had invited us over! Dinner was delicious!!
They Keppys opened their Easter baskets early!
It certainly was a different Easter this year!

That was sad that we weren't together after all! :( And no fun to go to the ER! Glad you still got to see the Smith's that evening!
