Ice cream (or special coffee) was on the agenda for Loreto but I opted for the ice cream - yum! We walked around a little bit and then headed to our hotel which was kind of out in the middle of nowhere, about 15 km from the actual town!
The hotel was really pretty with lots of vegetation and our room was sparse but very nice - it had a great patio outside, right by the pool!
Glenn went to their bar to get a beer and brought me back this - my first pina colada on the trip! It was excellent!!

Our new friend, Susanna, met us at the hotel and we all enjoyed dinner together! She had brought fish that her friend had given her so we had the hotel cook it up!
This is the view from the back of the hotel as the sun was just hitting the mountains! A beautiful start to our final day of driving!
