WHY??
Why is it that in the middle of winter when it's 45 degrees and I leave for work, I'm wearing long pants, shoes, socks, winter coat and gloves and I'm still cold - and yet in the middle of summer (like now) and it's 45 degrees when I leave for work, I'm wearing sandles, capris, short sleeves and no jacket and I think it's just fine out??????????

I don't know because at 45 degrees I would be cold if I was wearing capris!
Keep in mind this is at 7:30 in the morning when I leave for work! And it does warm up nicely after that! I'm excited it's up in the 40's now in the morning because last week it was still in the 30's! Makes for great sleeping though!
...it's because you are hopeful that it will indeed warm up!
